Agata has been the face of several New York City restaurants. She started by taking care of the back of the house as a cook at Alison on Dominic whipping up sauces, soups and other French specialties and then moved to the front of house. Her career expanded due to her passion for wine, food, and hospitality in its truest sense. Having earned a diploma from the French Culinary School and a WSET Level 3 Certificate, she continued to work for wine importers and distributors, catering companies, and managed eateries with various degrees of sophistication and lengths of wine lists. What connected all these establishments was great food and dedicated staff willing to work hard and to pursue wine knowledge, which they did under Agata’s supervision. With a strong passion for impeccable customer service and guest relationships she cultivated a steadily growing number of appreciative guests in each restaurant leaving behind high performing staff members, established vendor contacts and solid wine lists. 

Agata also holds an interior design certificate from Parsons, and taught interior design for two years at the Raritan Valley Community College. This experience honed her teaching skills. She participates in ongoing lectures, seminars, and tastings to support her current knowledge of trends and changes in the wine industry.

By founding Wine Arrow, Agata is bringing all her years of experience and knowledge to serve the needs of individuals, groups, and businesses.
